The different ways to receive help.
Once you have decided to reach out for help, and chosen to make some changes, different options are available.
Psychotherapy consultations can help you to explore and understand yourself, to empower you. Typically they occur quite frequently, especially in the early stages of the process, every other week for example. Gradually the sessions become less frequent until you no longer feel the need for outside help! These sessions are now also available online.
If your issues are specifically related to work and communication, then maybe communication coaching is a better option. These sessions are designed to help you explore and make sense of the challenges you face in your professional setting.
The goal is to empower you with concrete strategies and tools to shift your way of communicating and reduce conflicts, improve your confidence and presentation skills for example.
Phototherapy combines the tools of psychologists and photographers. The idea is to use photo shoots and prints to rebuild your self-esteem and to nurture the quality of your relationship to your image. The sessions are designed and hosted in collaboration with Colas Declercq Photography, and are available in the region of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, in the South East of France.
Sometimes conflicts are already present and undermine the quality of your work environment. Tensions can escalate and seriously threaten productivity, engagement and motivation. In these cases, a conflict mediation can help to cool things down and redirect efforts in a more constructive direction. Conflict mediation does not aim to prevent disagreements.
It aims to steer them in a productive and useful course.
