Everyone faces challenges, overcoming issues is a natural part of life. Sometimes dealing with these issues alone can be overwhelming, and you would benefit from outside help. It can be useful to help you face your anxiety or stress, especially when you seek professional help, in a safe and confidential environment.
Whether it is because of struggles in your personal life, or challenges you are meeting at work, you don't need to face them by yourself.
The mission of a Psychologist is to listen to you and accompany you on the path toward a well-balanced life, and help you to find your own solutions to what has become overwhelming or might become too much shortly. In short, I am here to help you cope and provide you with a safe space to get to know yourself better.
When you decide it is time for you to take care of yourself, and make the brave first step of seeking outside guidance, we can meet to get to know each other. Several options are possible: we can meet online if you are not in the Aix-Marseille region. We can meet in office in central Marseille on Saturdays, or we can meet at your workplace or home in and around Marseille (from Tuesday to Friday).
Based on your wishes we can set up regular sessions, as frequently as you need. Couples therapy is also possible. Based on your situation we can start a psychotherapy process, or merely professional coaching. If I feel you would be best helped by some other professional, I will do my best to refer you to them.
